18 Months!

Our little Ainsley you are 18 months old today!  Your dad and I LOVE you SO much!  Here is what we want to remember about this time of your life...

You like to go on walks.  Recently you love to watch the birds!  Anytime you see a bird fly by you point and giggle.  You also love Elmo.  You can't get enough of your Elmo books.  Your dad and I don't even have to read the words on the page--we have the books memorized because we read them 10 times a day :).  Every time we finish a book you sign and say, "more".  

You are such a good eater!  In the morning you sign milk right when you wake up.  You drink whole milk.  You have been asking for "nannas" a lot!  Your favorite dinner is spagetti.  You like green beans, mandarine oranges, french fries, goldfish, and peanut butter sandwiches!

You don't mind me putting bows in your hair.  Your Aunt Angie said I needed to start putting bows in your head when you were a little baby so you would be used to them--that worked!  Today you patted your head and wondered where you bow was!

Recently your language has expanded so much.  You say/sign:  mommy, dada, more, nanna (banana), Elmo, baby, nose, eye, uh o, milk, Zoe, hi, me me (binkie) and bye.

You are such a sweet, sweet girl.   You love to cuddle and help your mamma.  If I have hair ties on the floor you bring them right to me.  You do the same with my shoes and your daddy's shoes.  You know how to start the laundry by pushing the start button.  You love to watch your baby signing time videos.   One word that you say and sign is "baby".  Anytime you see a baby when we are out shopping you loudly say "baby" and sign it.  You love babies!

You love your Aunt Angie, Cousins--Brock and Ava, Grandpa Bob--who you love to FaceTime, and your Grammie and Grandpa who came to visit you for Easter and brought you lots of Easter goodies!
