Two posts in one day...I’m catching up :)! Our sweet friends had an apple themed party in late September-so fun!

They put lots of hairspray on because it was a humid day and we had a fun first-gen event at the President’s House!

The President hosted a lovely event for our amazing first-gen students and their families during Family Weekend!

We saw Small Foot! 

Ains helped me volunteer at a food distribution in the local community. A local church does this distribution every Thursday evening! Ainsley set up a potato stand :). This has prompted really great conversation with Ains about how not all families are able to go and shop at H-E-B (our local store) for their food. She asked really great questions! We went back this week to help again and we brought Ryan along too. I love the heart that this Pastor and his church have for the Waco communtiy.

The Pastor set aside some things for our students that night so we dropped them off on campus. Thankfully it was still light out at that time of evening! I can’t believe day light savings time starts next week!!
